Moose Jaw River Watershed
In 2006, residents of the Moose Jaw River Watershed, through the Moose Jaw River Watershed Advisory Committees and with technical assistance and support from the federal and provincial governments and private sector partners, completed the second Source Water Protection Plan in Saskatchewan.
The Moose Jaw River Watershed Source Water Protection Plan contains key actions, recommendations and objectives that are helping protect source water within the Moose Jaw River Watershed. The Moose Jaw River Watershed Stewards Inc. has been entrusted with the implementation of the plan, and work is now underway to carry out the recommendations and key actions in it.
