Environmental Protection Plan
Instructions for using this notification form:
- Fill out the notification form.
- Once complete, save and email it to ahpp@wsask.ca with photos of your worksite. Please note that the email and attachments must be less than 25 MB.
- Only one location format is required. Where work will occur on or adjacent to cottage lots, you must provide the legal land description (lot, block and plan), street address (if available) and subdivision/hamlet/beach name and municipality.

You may proceed with your activity in accordance with the eligibility requirements (Section 2) and the conditions (Section 3) of the EPP (see links below) once you submit a completed notification form and pre-construction photos of your worksite.
